I’m experiencing the same issues. The only mode where I’m able to earn XP is H2H while completing the weekly objectives. However, the description says Franchise should also count toward Team Pass progress, but it’s clearly bugged—no XP or weekly objective progress registers at all. Honestly, there are so many bugs across the board. This game really needs an urgent patch update ASAP...
