When playing an online franchise as a real coach, I only have 1 staff ability slot available regardless of coach level and points earned. No matter what I do, I can only use one coach ability and the rest of the slots are locked away (even the level 1 slots). This has been very frustrating and looking for a fix.
I came specifically for this. When playing as a real coach online and I started at preseason week 3 I have only 1 ability slot and 1 playsheet no matter how much I level up.
Same for me too.
I have this same bug, Dan Campbell is a Level 22 coach and when i start my online franchise in Week 1 to get update rosters and pre existing injuries theres only one coach ability slot unlocked.
Seems like a great new back of the box headline feature but i'm unable to use it due to bugs.
Also tried to sim just to see what happens if coach gains lvl. even if you increase coach lvl the ability slots never unlock. so very broken
the fact they still haven't acknowledged this or fixed it is wild to me

This game has been out for how long and this still isn’t fixed?? Absolutely negligent from everyone at EA, I wish these companies could be held liable for the nonstop production of garbage products. Every employee of EA should be ashamed of themselves.
