That's good thinking, lilbodgy, please everyone also try the following steps to check if the roster data is involved:
- From Main menu >> Creation Center >> Edit Rosters >> Update Roster
- If you get a "You already have the latest roster" message:
- Go to the Main menu >> Creation Center >> Edit Rosters >> Manage players
- Pick any players from the list, select Release Player, Save edited Roster, and Pick Official File name when asked to save.
- After that, when you go again to Update Roster, you should get the Roster update with the option Download Now.
Please also check if you have a pending game update to install; this is really important.
For consoles, you can confirm your game version:
- PS5: Version 1.005.000
- Xbox Series X/S: Version 1.0.0.50
