PC - M26 in fullscreen adjusts the refresh rate to 59hz

Using Custom Resolution Utility to look at my main monitor (again though, the issue in the OP occurs on 2 monitors and a TV), I think I see the value that Madden26 is using, and the refresh rate that M22,24,25.

Fullscreen puts the game in control of the display, from what I understand it runs a query of the main monitor's EDID to check for the highest refresh rate allowed.

M26 is setting the monitor to 59.95 (top value) but M24, 22, 25 are using the bottom value.
