PC - Packs Disappearing/Client Freezing

I first encountered this issue during the Unstoppable program. I have again experienced it during Most Feared, as well as while opening an S2 Epic choice pack. After selecting which reward pack I want, the client entirely, booting me back to the home screen with an error message but completely unresponsive. The packs do not show up in my inventory, even after repeated restarts. I have followed support's advice purchased a daily pack in the store to try and restore the missing pack(s) with no success.
