Player Disappeared After Listing, No Coins Xbox Series X | Madden NFL 26 MUT

Issue Description:

This morning I listed Cam Hayward on the Auction House for approximately 400 000 coins. A few minutes after confirming the listing, the game froze. I had to restart Madden, and when I logged back in, the player card had vanished from my binder and I never received the coins from the sale.

This is not the first time I’ve seen this happen — it has occurred in the past this season, but this is the first time I was able to pinpoint the exact trigger: listing a card → game freeze → restart → missing card, no credit.

I’ve been a dedicated Madden player for over 20 years and consistently support the franchise through in-game purchases and promotions. I value this series and am reporting this both to help your QA team isolate the bug and to request a resolution for the in-game loss I experienced.
