Please Fix Superstar

Dear EA,

My absolute favorite part of Madden is Superstar mode and still you guys won’t fix it after 3 UPDATES! Every time I try and switch or create a character it says “ATTENTION THERE WAS AN ERROR RETRIEVING DATA. PLEASE, TRY AGAIN LATER.” And It just starts flashing like crazy. I don’t know if this is something that I can fix myself, if it is that would be great but otherwise this is something you guys NEED to fix.
