This is pretty pathetic. A new product broken from the start. This will definitely be the last madden I buy if they don't fix it. I will also write a letter to the NFL about how they need to take it away from EA.
I have been playing Madden since it came out on Sega Genesis in the 90s. I have always bought the most feature rich versions of the game. Past couple of years I even bought the Deluxe combo version with College Football. This makes me sorry I have supported this franchise. I get that sometimes stuff breaks but you need to stand behind your products and fix it. Take ownership of it and fix it.
Not only have they not fixed it, but they have not even acknowledged it once in all of our attempts to get help.
They also removed all of the community tags from a thread explaining the source of the issue... and never actually replied.
