Re: Connected Franchise - Coordinator Lockout

This is huge issue found on Reddit site. 
In a 32 user online franchise, one of the users retired in week 2 due to a lack of time. When he retired, Madden auto-filled the head coach position with my team's defensive coordinator. Which is logical to a degree.

Except it left me without a defensive coordinator and there is no option to hire a coordinator mid-season. And it will not let you launch a game without a coordinator. So it locks me out of playing.

Now, the logical solution is just retire and rejoin, of course. That does work. Sort of. Except in the time that I temporarily retired, my team now hired another user's coordinator and then immediately fired him when I rejoined. So now some other user doesn't have a coordinator.

We were basically forced to play musical chairs for an entire season because of this actually incredible oversight which wouldn't even be a problem if they didn't remove owner mode.
