Seahawks Home Crowd Density bug

I first noticed that at Lumen Field, the crowd density of opposing fans vs home was way out of wack. It looks like a complete take over no matter what opposing team there is. I tested this further and had the Seahawks set as the home team in a neutral site, the stadiums in Germany and Dublin. It was the same result, about a ratio of 80/20 of away colors in the crowd. There seems to be some sort of bug, or the fan loyalty logic is broken for specifically the Seahawks.
