Stuck on a chapter in superstar mode

In Madden 26 Superstar: The League, my Sphere of Influence is missing the Media category.

The current chapter objective says: “Reach Media Level 8”, but since my sphere only shows Team and Brand (no Media), progression is impossible.

I played through an entire season, became League MVP, Super Bowl MVP, and won the Super Bowl, but the Media sphere never appeared and my Media Influence is stuck at 0/100.

This makes it impossible to advance in the Superstar storyline.

Please confirm if this is a known issue and if a patch/workaround is planned

As of February 2026, this is still a problem.

Same exact thing for me, I left my save for a while because it’s pretty frustrating. Just came back to it now and it’s the same… I’m dominating my second year after winning the Super Bowl in my rookie year and I’ve never spoke to the media once 😭😭😭
