Sugar Rush: Air Raid not Receiving Completion Reward

I just grinded through the Sugar Rush CPU event and completed it with 10 wins only to not receive the promised reward for winning 10 games. It is very frustrating as these games were time consuming. ...

As did I, and no event reward pack. Did all of the tricks to get it to register: bought some packs, started a new CPU event and quit and finished it, played a challenge, and nothing... hours spent for this card.

And I never seem to get EA Support to actually recover missing content. Not in years now.

Im on EA Play on PC.
