Superstar 78h XP Boost gone after activation

Last night at approximately 00:00 EST, I realized I had received a 78h 5x XP boost for Superstar mode. It looked like a coin with the face of John Madden on it.

So, I activated it, and it worked, and said the time remaining as XP boosters usually do. However, today at approximately 13:00 EST, I hopped into Superstar again and realized the timer was no longer there.

Thinking it was a bug, I played a full game, and sure enough the XP boost was gone, merely 13 hours after activation as opposed to the 78 hours promised.

I contacted support, and all they could do was tell me to create a forum post, and that there were similar complaints.

So here I am, pleading that EA fix this and compensate us, and give us another 78h 5x XP booster.
