I have trouble getting into superstar mode it always says error or contact ea but when i do reach out it’s pointless

QB runs parallel to line of scrimmage until he runs out of bounds
Sometimes the CPU QB runs parallel to line of scrimmage and instead of taking off and running he just keeps running towards the sideline out of bounds for a loss of yards.
