Superstar mode just not working for MONTHS now.

Every time I load up this **bleep**ass game and try to open superstar mode I get a “an error has occurred” screen every **bleep** time. I play on Xbox series X and I have tried every fix imaginable, deleting internal data and deleting the game even. If this happened to EAs golden goose that is MUT this would be fixed within days. But no. Talked to multiple admins and support members and no one can give a timeframe, whether it’s account specific, or even why it’s happened. I just get brushed off every time. **bleep** fix it EA. And no it’s not my internet
