Superstar mode still not working

My superstar mode started working for a couple seconds then it just stopped and now its not working again 

I recently purchased NFL 2026 and would like to report a recurring issue encountered while playing Superstar Mode. After completing any activity, such as a training session or a match, the game becomes stuck on a loading screen and does not progress further. The loading screen continues indefinitely, requiring the game to be restarted.

This issue occurs consistently when launching the game, entering Superstar Mode, completing an activity, and attempting to proceed, at which point the game remains on an infinite loading screen. The expected behaviour would be for the game to transition normally back to the Superstar Mode interface or the next event, but instead it does not continue.

I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, including clearing the system cache, checking for corrupted data, unlinking and relinking my account, reinstalling the game, and restarting the system. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.

As a result, I am unable to progress in Superstar Mode and am required to restart the game after each activity. The issue appears to occur consistently after every activity in this mode.

Please advise whether this is a known issue and whether there are any recommended fixes or workarounds available.

My Madden super star has not been working since oct and I been trying everything to fix it and this is my last resort.

Yea I’m right there with you

I have been attempting to play superstar mode for a few days now, but every time I try, i lose connection to the EA servers. I am Ethernet connected to my router. One thing I noticed that was strange is that every time I lose connectivity, the EA app also completely closes itself in the background. Reopening the app while madden is still running also does not help re-establish connection the EA servers. It's insane that I cant even make it past character creation. Shouldn't their be an offline superstar mode? I have a screen recording of this, but the file is too large to share here. 

Everytime me and my friends want to play it kicks us or the ramdom matched player every time and the plays countdown sometimes to 0 forcing a lost down and penalty resulting in change pf possession! Please fix this issue
