Superstar mode still not working

So after months of not being able to play my superstar mode, i'm talking about since october, I have not been able to play superstar mode.Imagine my shock and surprise when I log in last week and I am actually able to play my superstar but not cb for some reason, fast forward about 3 days when I requested a trade of my quarterback, so once I did that superstar mode completely glitched on me again. And now I am unable to sign in to superstar mode again, it says error 264 now, for months it would say error 263, I feel like you guys are just making **bleep** up at this point i mean  How are you going to give somebody false Hope like that by teasing them and letting them play their. Favorite mode for 2 seconds before glitching it again, you guys really need to fix this Game mode or give us all refunds. Because this is ridiculous. EA_Kent​
