Superstar mode

It won’t let me play superstar mode it keep saying error occurred was wondering if yall can fix it it’s been going on for months and there haven’t been a fix and a lot of people are going through it it’s becoming a problem where I can’t play the game and if you can’t fix it just  give money back no matter how long I played it this is a yall problem and need to be addressed pronto
