Switching onto Receivers

In any form of online head to head, whether it be in ultimate team or regular H2H, anytime I switch onto a receiver after throwing them the ball (while the ball is in the air) my receiver always glitches and practically teleports to the left or right and it causes a pick 9 times out of 10, when if the game would allow me to move my receiver like I am SUPPOSED to be able to, I would have a catch or at the worst an incompletion. This is an every time thing. What is the point of having a mechanic allowing you to switch onto a receiver to adjust them to the ball when it doesn’t even function properly. This has never been an issue in any past maddens I have ever played and is ridiculous.
