Teambuilder Asset Bug

All helmet accessories are set to chrome for the reflectiveness and there is no way to fix it for us players.  I have personally tried every different reflective option, messed with the custom sliders for it and no matter what, it always comes out with a chrome finish.  I am assuming that either the button is broken on the site and it defaults to chrome or that something with the import is defaulting it to chrome.  It makes making teams very difficult because I can work for hours on a team and have it look bad in game because the helmet bumper pads and chin straps are chrome instead of white.

This also happens if you put a different color for the accessories and the image you add to it is by default chrome.  Please, can someone fix this?  I do not have pictures to show but I can promise you that every single helmet will have it on it and I have no clue how to fix it.
