Teambuilder custom teams and player art

I built custom teams through the Teambuilder to use in my franchise. I noticed that the player portraits seem to be "off": specifically, if I'm looking at a player in the GM options or the depth chart list, his player face will be entirely different than when I actually go in and view or edit the player. 

If I go to the editor and choose the face I want for the player, then save it, it makes the picture consistent across the board.
