The Run: ‘Level 2’ only receiving limited rewards.

Can someone please help, I’m finding it difficult to locate where to create a case with EA for a bug, it keeps saying error when I go to the help page. My Ps5 account name is Silversurfer218. 

On madden 26 ultimate team I completed the         ‘The run level 2’ and only received one(1) Deep shot and one(1) Paydirt pack when I should have received a total of four(4) Deep shot packs and three(3) Paydirt packs, alongside one(1) Hail Mary pack and 5,000 coins for full completion of 5 total wins without obtaining two(2) losses first. 
Otherwise I just did all that for very limited rewards. 

Thanks for any help!!! I appreciate it as I don’t want to keep grinding if this is in issue that’s going to continue.
