UNABLE TO ACCESS ULITIMATE TEAM!

When in the main menu ultimate team is greyed out like its an unavailable game mode. Additionally, my season level shows maxed and my superstar has disappeared. I've tried re-synching saved data and uninstalling and reinstalling so far.  Any other suggestions?

    Im having the same issue with my ultimate team right after installing the update. Franchise mode seems fine, but the game says I don't have access to this content when trying to log into MUT. TF Bros?
