Weekly Training Not An Option, Nor Games

I need a fix quickly. What’s wrong with superstar mode? I have a QB, that I imported. It’s his rookie year and I’m QB2. However, I have no way to gain coach influence as i haven’t played a snap and it’s Week 15. There’s no weekly training option or a play game option. EA? How do I fix this?
