why is this game so bad?

the loading times are absolutely horrible. pretty much every time i try to load into mut squads it kicks me out of ultimate team and i have to restart my game to join. then im getting kicked out of after every squad game, win or loss. insanely annoying. literally pay for the best internet i can get in my area.
