WR CATCH DRILL LOCKED

To unlock silver and gold you need OC level 4 and lvl 7. My OC lvl is 8 and its still locked with no explanation. On my oc it shows it unlocked. Yet when I try to equip it its locked. Got screenshot if need be.

I just now got this glitch on PS5. Is there a fix for it?

Can’t make a report for harassment.
Every time I try to submit a report for harassment I get this error code. Someone has my personal address and made multiple death threats over a simple game of Madden.

Superstar ko 2v2 and 3v3
Anything in superstar ko? Me and 2 friends bout the game just to play with each other and after 3 days have yet to been able to load into a lobby with each other. Need a fix!
