Zero Chill challenges issue

 I was trying to complete these challenges so I could get the 91 OVR BND Zero chill epic challenge player pack. I was on the last challenge called Winter Wins and I completed it but it did not count any of the stars. I got all stars and that would’ve been enough stars to get that pack. I also have a clip of getting all of the stars but not getting the rewards. Is there anyway I could receive this pack still?https://www.xbox.com/play/media/vhpLGrsiYd
