Depth Chart Issues

When I am in game, my depth chart is consistently changed from what I set. This specifically happens for my slot CB’s and Sub LB’s. For whatever reason the game removes all the players I have in those positions and changes my order around. This is extremely annoying because I have to change it multiple times each game I play for both positions.
