Franchise Improvements for 27

Can you please fix the Salary Cap!  Constantly teams are allowed to start a seasons 10's of millions over the cap.  I really liked the idea of having Mentors in the game in 25 but seems like there are no Mentors this year!  Also bring back the ability to allow the CPU upgrade coordinators to have simple franchise experience.  There are a lot of people that love an fully immersive experience but some of us like a simpler experience.   Also there is no insight into which coaches might be available.  Having a list of fired coaches would be great.  Now you have to fire your coach to see who is available.
