I cannot remove player from IR even though it says they are 100% healthy no injuries. This was a problem in Madden 25 also, this is so annoying and it won't let me add them to practice squad or cut ...

Ditto. I wait until after the trade deadline usually to start a long term offline franchise, and guys that are healthy in preseason are still stuck on IR after wk 10. Really messes with the immersion.
