How do I get a refund?

How do I go about getting a full refund for all my purchases on this pathetic game you guys seem to mess up on every new update. Zero updates blocked, all the defensive linemen continue to jump unrealistic like to block passes and Offensive linemen are disengaging from blocks and starting that the defender run right past them and then attempt to chase them like mentally challenged people! What is wrong with the poor developers of this game and why can’t you seem to have a game that works normally offline!? I want my money back yesterday because it is ridiculous this game is still **bleep**ty!
