Interior Havoc Playsheet Missing

i recently got my defensive coordinator to level 39. at level 38, i was suppose to get a playsheet called "Interior Havoc". once i hit 39 under UPCOMING it showed Interior Havoc as being "purchasable". usually it would just unlock. i think clicked it to purchase and it took my 40 skill points and didnt give me a playsheet. Not sure added in error as there is also an ability for Interior Havoc. but now i'm out of 40 skill points that could have been spent elsewhere.
