MADDEN 26 Wont let me take control of the QB auto pass glitch (tried Everything)

On PS5 MADDEN 26 with auto pass on I cant take control of the qb after the hike. I've turn off restarted PS and turn back on twice, turn off all auto options under settings still wont work. Need EA...
