Madden franchise not loading

Has anyone else experienced this since the update? Will not load into my 32 user team builder franchise. Also get an error cannot dowland latest rosters. Have tried uninstalling reinstalling. Seems to work in the morning, but evenings does not

    I'm having a similar issue my quick resume didn't resume my game it started from the beginning and I'm trying to load into my franchise it shows it there on the game I'm in the middle of playing but it just loads and loads with no results
