Essential Fixes

•  Fix Breakout Scenarios triggering league wide even when they’re toggled OFF
• Fix All Franchise Members being able to edit player’s height & weight
• Fix Custom Formation subs causing 10 men on the field glitches during games
• Fix not being able toggled off Home Field Advantage

Desired Changes

• Allow Coaching Abilities to be toggled off and/or the ability to filter out coaching abilities from universal use in franchise mode
  • A lot of the coaching abilities cause accelerated player growth that destroys the grind of player development in franchise mode
  • For the many ultra-realistic leagues out there, it is an immersion killer and/or a deal breaker for their respective leagues
•  Allow coaching XP point growth rate to be manipulated
•  Implement “No Eyes, No Picks” into Simulation Mode of Madden

I appreciate the strides EA has been making towards improving franchise mode these past few years. I've loved and played this game all my life, so I look forward to seeing how it shapes out in the future. Thank you to all that take the time to read and consider the feedback in this post.
