My riot shield ability is being downgraded when it shouldn’t be

PS5. Franchise mode.  Riot shield is only supposed to be downgraded when you allow 2+ sacks in a game 4 times. This has happened ZERO times in my franchise but this is the second time I’ve been downgraded.  To make it doubly frustrating, I just had a 4 pass TD game which means it should have been upgraded (allowed ONE sack in the game) - but instead - I was downgraded.  Ridiculous! Fix this bug!!
