Online madden league users coaches fired trying to join back with same team

I run a 32 man madden league and a bunch of users got fired and there trying to join back with the same team any help on what to do.

The Incomplete chant on defense is no longer in the game also the bronco Sound on third down . All this is on defense. It's not in play now or franchise. It was in the game at launch.
