Option to Not take the Stick selected player out of the play - Doesn't work

This option exists in Franchise Mode  to prevent the player from being taken out of the play when you select it.

On Defense, if you stick select the DB on a long pass, it will stop the player in his tracks, allowing the WR to catch the ball and make a long TD.

The setting does not prevent this as intended.  

This is a needed feature as it ruins game play, but it needs to work instead of being afraid to touch the stick on a long pass defensive play.

Please fix this now
