We need a way to hire head coaches for the teams we pick because if I start off with Andy Reid and want to stay with the chiefs but want Andy to retire i should be able to do so with the coach of my choice. I shouldn’t have to stay being Andy Reid for the 30 yrs when he we be 97 yrs old lol
Comments and discussions such as this one are very needed. I have seen and been a part of other discussions on this very subject. The fact that EA took away owner mode and just have us playing as coaches in franchise mode is, in my opinion, a large negative to the overall enjoyment of this game. It makes me not want to continue playing the game, or I should say it makes me not excited to continue playing the game as much as past years. I have read and heard content creators state that EA developers pay attention to feedback. I can only hope this is true and someone in EA is discussing bringing back owner mode in franchise.
