Goodbye EA goodbye Madden

Well let's see I have been posting and communicating with EA for the last month getting dashboarded 5 plus times per game is ridiculous and apparently EA doesn't care I've spoken with the help people in a chat those told things were going to get taken care of I go in today and all my cases are closed oh okay cases are closed tried the game guess what 45 seconds into playing a game dashboard it twice so therefore it seems like EA does not care for their customer retention because they just lost me as a customer I will not be purchasing Madden 26 nor will I be purchasing battlefield 6 because I was having the same issues in the beta It only happens with EA games no other games so I know it's not my system I've gone through all their BS things to do reset your router your modem unplug your Xbox delete your gamertag re put it on to this do that they just don't care EA's customer service has got to be one of the worst that I've seen in a long time they're right up there with Activision and we know how Activision's going well guess what I'm sure EA's going to suffer the same fate it's pretty pitiful that a company does not want to do anything to address the issue I know it's not just me cuz when I look it up on Google this is a widespread issue for people Good job EA Good job on creating trash products that you have no intention of fixing you might as well just merge with Activision
