Stop Auto-Reorder Depth Chart on Franchise

As the title suggests, stop the auto-reorder Depth Chart when starting a new Franchise. All the hard work done by the Devs to create a roster update and to set the depth chart for all 32 teams gets thrown out the window by auto-reorder depth chart for all teams when starting a new franchise. All the hard work that the user does to make tweaks to make it more to our liking is all for nothing. 

Sure, a user can go in and manually change their team's depth chart, but not for the other 31 teams. After spending days perfecting the custom roster file, having it auto-reordered was incredibly frustrating. 

Also, go to 1 position for SAM/MIKE/WIL - Off Ball Backer. Base 3-4 will start the top 2 guys. Base 4-3 will start the top 3 guys. Highest rated is the MIKE. 

And go to 1 position for EDGE and let the computer decide which side to put them on, like done for WR, CB, DT, RUSH DT, and SUBLB. Get rid of RUSH END since it's the same as EDGE.
