Talent Evaluator Ability Doesn’t work

In franchise mode using the head, coach scout ability, talent evaluator does not work. In fact, it takes away unlocked talent ranges when activated.

I had almost every wide receivers talent ranged unlocked then turned on that ability to try to unlock more and other positions. And it took away and re-hid all of the unlocked ranges.

Thoughts?
