User Vs CPU weekly games

So I have a few players that wanna do a franchise, we don’t want 20 some random people they quit don’t play on time just unreliable. Can someone at Madden maybe let us control our CPU opponents so we never play against the all madden CPU teams? It’s way better having another human playing the game for the CPU, we haven’t been able to do this in really decades now I feel like and I cannot understand why? We have like 6 solid human owned teams were good on that just want my game against the cpu be me against one of my friends controlling the cpu team like when move your controller to your team why can’t the other players in the league move theirs over to take the cpu team? Nobody wants to play against the cpu it no fun at all. Hopefully madden adds this feature love the game since ‘92 probably but I love franchise mode even more please someone change this ASAP!!!
