Error 264- SuperstarMode

Superstar mode has been unplayable essentially for the entire game's lifespan. I'm posting this not even really expecting an answer seeing as users have been posting about this topic for almost a year now, but more so to express how disappointing this year has been for the game. I mainly played* Madden for the superstar mode and have been waiting for somebody from EA to address this problem, and found it more funny than sad when the social media team over at EA makes posts on X with superstar mode draft edits over the draft when the game mode is unplayable. I would say "lets hope Madden 27 is better" but the lack of support for this franchise and overall negligence for the game would say don't get your hopes up.

What can I do to fix this issue

It say   An error has occurred. Please the agen 264 if this issue persists contact EA Support or visit the EA forums

Mines doing the same thing this is ridiculous

I cannot export my 2026 college football player to Madden and I can’t open up superstar mode. It just keeps saying error 264.

Every time I go to superstar mode it gives me an error has occurred please try again. (264) ? How can I fix this problem
