Superstar isn’t working

yesterday on May 28, I tried to play Madden NFL 26 Superstar mode but was unable to play due to “not being signed into my Ea account” although I clearly was. But I was able to play other game modes such as franchise and even ultimate team. I attempted to try again on May 29, but also was met with the same message.
