Re: Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken

It's the same for me, I've already complained to EA and they told me that a lot of users are going through the same issues and they are going to try and fix it. As to when that is going to happen, I don't know, your guess is as good as mine. It could be in the next few days or maybe we are gonna have to wait for the next update. But as you said, it is unacceptable, for 5 days superstar mode has become unable to use.

Even on PlayStation, we’re having the same problem

I did same exact thing & still have not been able to access Superstar mode for going on 3 weeks now.  It is now November 6th 2025.  We r heading into mid-season in NFL  for a multi billion  dollar company there shouldn't be an issue this egregious.  And no public social media response. All EA cares about is MUT.  I guarantee if that ever goes down there be a huge PR response from EA. I also talked on live chat to at least 8 representatives over the course of the 3 weeks Superstar mode has been dead & all they keep saying it's not on your #ours end it's on EAs end.   However there's still no resolution, what r they waiting for the end of NFL season to address important concerns.

I'm still not able to play superstar mode. And it's been two weeks

This is crazy. This should be an easy fix for us but it's no info or anything.

Ive had this problem for about almost a month and a half, this is making me regret buying the game since Ive been playing Madden 25 superstar mode rather than madden 26 since it doesn't work. This really shows that EA only cares about the MUT modes and maybe some for quick play. Almost every update has gone to MUT and not solving these issues that are clearly happening all over the place.

Yeah I actually just started getting this **bleep** today or should I say yesterday because I just had it happen to get a new Xbox series X well long story short I was without an Xbox for 2 weeks so I got or should I say reinstall Madden anyway I was getting error codes I can't pick my guy I can't swap to my other guy and then if you're trying to change or get to your like your XP boost I actually accidentally figure out a way it was what I did is I switched my settings from performance mode to visual or resolution or whatever you want to switch it to then go back and it should work but you still can't really pick anything you can't change your hair you can't do anything it's so stupid and I think it's because it is update it's really annoying especially for somebody like me who like bought Madden for the first time this year I played it like almost every year but the first time I bought it. Anyway if this helps you a little bit that's great and if anybody can tell me if there's any other way let me know thanks but yeah seriously they should be on top of this **bleep** it seems like it's been going on for a while. Anyway good luck

Five days i'm going on.Three months of not being able to use superstar mode.I want e a sports to offer me a refund.The only reason I bought it on my p.S five and downloaded.It is because of superstar mode.I want a refund.

This issue is still persisting after two updates!!! What are we doing EA sports! I pay $70 for a game and you guys just have a huge hole in that game for MONTHS!!! This is ridiculous, I may never purchase another Madden again. These problems never happened before the online crap! How about you put out a game and make it work

2 days before Christmas this is still happening and ea won’t fix it

Still not fixed started a carrier with each postion and cant load any of them on ps5

I've had the problem since the middle of October. Checked right now and it still doesn't work. I complained to them about it 2 months ago and they said they're working on it. They clearly aren't and dont give a **bleep** because they already have our money. Just greasy, sleezy, scumbags that work at EA. If they actually fix it before the next game comes out I'll give them my first born. The best thing too is they won't refund or give you any in game currency cause they don't think anything is really their fault.

Can’t play superstar ranked online squads keeps saying error delete the game and everything fix the game

Same here still unable to play for over 5 months for sure.

That’s kinda the same for me. But it is putting me in the online part of superstar making it unable to play offline superstar.
