I download the latest update version 1.009.000 and I am still getting error massage coming up when I try to play the superstar mode. Here I am going on a month not being able to play that mode I done everything from restarting the game and my router and still same resault.
I can’t even refund anymore I have spent so many times restarting the game, deleting files and surprise surprise absolutely nothing works

same thing for me bro i bought madden on black Friday weekend only for superstar mode and it’s not working that crazy refund?.
I just spoken to tech support and all they tell me that they are working on it and to be patient and they don't know anything more
