Top 100 Badge Glitched Out: Superstar (Showdown)

Hello EA, 

I am truly flabbergasted in losing my Top 100 Badge yesterday 4:8 through an unforeseen glitch after a 3v3 matchup. I returned to the lobby and my badge was reduced back to bronze. I’ve opened a case with EA and they informed me that there was nothing that could be done for you end; I was referred here. I  am really hopeful that this issue can be resolved soon. I play everyday and it’s a very unfortunate situation. I’ve added photos to reflect my Top 100 badge, current place on Top 100 List and where my rank is currently.
