Desync Issue

I just played a guy named ClaudeBanks85 and I made a comeback and eventually beat this guy in OT. He quits before the game ends and it says “Your opponent is experiencing network issues.” And then says, “A Dsync has occurred. The scores, stats, and quit from this game will not be recorded.” which I’ve never seen before. And I didn’t get the win. Any solution?
