Double charged MUT points.
- I was doubled charged 2,000 points for the premium field pass on August 7th. This has been confirmed by EA help chat. I was told EA help can not do anything about this. Referred me to this forum. I have screen shots of the conversation with EA chat. They instructed me to post on forum to get help getting my points back.
