HATE how this game cheats

Playing superstar, in second season, team is 11-1 going against a team that is 4-8. Have played the game (not joking) 15 times now. LOSE every time. Almost always go into half time winning. By the end the other team has picked off my QB (I am playing as the running back) 4+ times, knows exactly when I run a counter or screen or outside run. Suddenly my other ball carriers have a WIDE open field infront and to the left so they decide to run to the right and into the def. My top 3 defense suddenly gives up yardarge and scores like they are now a pop warner team. 

I do not mind losing legitly (11-1 this season, worse last season) but this is BS.

Anyone else experience this.
